Features Introduction

Auto moving device for middle mold plate: the middle mold plate can be automatically moved to the side of the station, reducing the load of human operation, improving operational safety and avoiding mold damage.
Every station is with two-side operation two sets of molds can be adopted on each station to increase productivity. Machine size is compact and utility rate of factory space is higher.

Special Feature

Mold open/close vertically at parallel stroke; suitable for production of high-sidewall rubber soles, or parting line of sole designed with tear-off system.
Stations at the front and the stations at the back are not aligned in straight line to reduce the occupation of space.
