Automatic Two-Color Rain Boot Injection Machine

TK-768-2L model is designed for producing two-color boots with a maximum height of 490mm.
It employs a Sole/Upper injection system where the sole is injected first and the upper second.
This system is widely used for molding two-color PVC/TPR boots without steel toe cap and insole insert. Typically, the machine is equipped with 8 rotary stations.

1.The injection unit is equipped with a high-profile screw and precise thermal control, ensuring smooth and consistent plasticizing performance per hour. Feeding and injection volumes are precisely measured with a high-end digital potentiometer, which guarantees stable quality and fine appearance of the finished products.

2.The temperature system is managed by an advanced P.I.D. controller. It tracks temperature changes in real time and automatically adjusts the heating curve, ensuring stable heating and avoiding material degradation due to overheating. This results in optimized plasticization and reduced defect rates.

3.The injector is designed with a long travel stroke, allowing the screw to fully retract from the press plate. This design makes material cleaning and maintenance more convenient.
