Automatic Two-Color Rain/Safety Boot Injection Molding Machine

The TK-768-4M model is designed for producing two-color plastic boots with a maximum height of 400mm.
The TK-768-4L model is built for longer boots, with a maximum height of up to 490mm.

Both models adopt the U/S (Upper/Sole) injection system, where the upper is injected first, followed by the sole. This system is widely used for manufacturing safety boots with embedded steel toe caps and midsole plates. Typically, these machines are configured with 10 or 12 stations.

1. Mold filling is supported by a volumetric dosing system combined with internal micro switches on the mold cavities, ensuring complete and accurate filling—especially at the top of the boot shaft—preventing edge defects or incomplete shapes.

2.Injection pressure and speed are multi-stage adjustable. Each station can be individually controlled according to the flowability of the material and the specific mold design, enabling optimal injection quality per mold.

3. Each injection unit includes two nozzles and direct hydraulic shut-off, allowing simultaneous injection into left and right molds. This reduces cycle time and increases output. For low-flow materials or tall boots, the nozzles can operate alternately (left then right), enhancing flow rate and ensuring full formation of both boots.

4. Four direct-action hydraulic cylinders apply strong vertical clamping force to ensure even closure across the entire mold surface. This is especially effective when producing thin uppers that require high clamping pressure.
