Features Introduction

Automatic vertical movement system (Option for TK-768-4M/4L/6L) The injection group of the sole is equipped with "automatic vertical movement system" (Option). In this way, and with this group, in the lower position it is possible to use also the S/U injection cycle, for the injection of the sole before and then of the upper. This option provide the compatibility of regular two color boot molds(S/Usystem) or the boot design with special pattern on the outsole and its color is same as upper color. In such situation, it is also necessary to adopt this optional function to inject sole first and then upper.
Each mold-holder housed one pair of mold (left and right shoe) and is equipped with a thermo-station circuit (cooling/heating system)-compressed air supply system-system for the control of mold filling.
Outsole plate is equipped with cooling circuit and can be switched on/off necessarily based on production. Especially in producing boot with thicker outsole, it helps shorten cycle time and forming of boot is better.
C-type structure provide an open space to maintain the individual central circulation for electric, air, hydraulic, water system. There is no need to disassemble the clamping press or use crane for assembly.

Special Feature

The TK-768-6L model is designed for producing longer boots with a maximum height of 490mm. This system offers high flexibility, supporting production of single-color, two-color, and three-color plastic boots. It also accommodates safety boots with embedded steel midsoles and toe caps using the U/S (Upper/Sole) injection process, where the upper is injected first, followed by the sole. The standard configuration includes 10 stations.

1. Each clamping unit holds one pair of molds (left and right) and is equipped with an integrated thermal circulation system (cooling/heating), compressed air supply, and mold-filling control system to ensure optimal material flow and temperature regulation.

2. The outsole mold plate includes a cooling circuit that can be turned on or off depending on production needs. It is especially effective for thick outsole boots, reducing cycle time and improving boot shape and consistency.

3. The open-space C-frame structure combined with a central utility manifold simplifies maintenance. There’s no need to dismantle the clamping plate or use a crane for assembly, enabling fast and efficient servicing.

4. The machine features an independent electric control system with a full touchscreen HMI interface. It is intuitive to operate and allows for fast, user-friendly setup.
