Features Introduction

Automatic tilting device for bottom mold (Option) An automatic tilting device for bottom mold can be adopted to make mold sole slant after casting. It makes material distribution inside cavity evenly and push the air bubbles moving from the bottom to the top to eliminate tiny holes on the surface of bottom sole.
3-axis casting head (Only for 80-station model/Option)Casting head is controlled by servo motor to reach precise positioning and save power consumption. The casting route can be set with several types such as forth and back, left and right, up and down…etc.
Drop saver (Option)A drop saver can be set just beneath the casting head. It can avoid material drops from mixing head to area between molds, keep machine and mold clean and reduce mold cleaning time.

Special Feature

Continuous rotation system (only for 80-station model) – continuous rotation system at rotary table to enhance
production speed. Motion of casting head is adjusted automatically while rotation speed of table is changed.
