Features Introduction

Two-section mold-opening design with a vertical clearance of 550mm between the upper and lower hot plates, providing ample operating space.
Independent left and right clamping design allows for mold height differences of up to 5mm, ensuring continuous production.
Independent upper and lower vacuum hood design, combined with a central plate structure, enables simultaneous preforming for both upper and lower layers.
Thermal insulation hood design maintains the temperature of the central plate.
Dual vacuum system supports simultaneous vacuuming during preforming or curing at two stations, improving efficiency, reducing bubble formation, and enhancing yield rates.
Central partition plate design supports both single-color and dual-color mold production, offering great production flexibility.

Special Feature

Equipped with vacuum hood. Main application is to put EVA co-shot components into compression mold and use vacuum hood to cover the complete mold carrier and drain out air in order to avoid airtrap issue. Thus increases production yield. This model is designed to cover the production of multi-color, multi-density and complex design EVA midsole, slipper,sandal,outsole..etc.
