TK-278 hot & cold molding series is equipped with 22 working stations. Only one operator can manage the production with 20 sets of molds. Labor cost is highly saved and operationloading is lighten a lot. The automatic mold transfer system can avoid the damage of mold and also prevent the injury of operator; rotary cycle operation allows operator to collect soles and put preformed parts without moving back and forth , and it can reduce the operator fatigue.
