Platen size increased to 380×750 mm.
Compared to the standard 290×550 mm platen, the size is enlarged by over 35%, offering more mold space for large molds, improving cavity layout flexibility and production efficiency.
Screw diameter increased to φ95 mm with 3500 cc injection volume.
Supports high-volume single-shot injection to fill multiple or large cavities in one cycle, shortening injection time and improving molding stability — ideal for large product manufacturing.
Clamping force upgraded to 350 tons.
The strong clamping force prevents flash or leakage caused by insufficient mold locking, ensuring dimensional accuracy and product integrity under high-pressure injection of heavy materials.
Maximum mold opening stroke: 500 mm.
Offers more operating space, making it easier to remove finished products while reducing operator injury risk and improving mold design flexibility — especially for thick part production.
Safety protection devices.
