TIENKANG’s TK-768-6P is a compact, single-color injection machine designed for producing mid-size children’s boots up to 300mm in height. Ideal for PVC/TPR materials without steel toe caps or midsoles, this 6-station rotary system enables flexible and efficient footwear production.

1. The clamping unit features an open C-frame structure, which greatly improves maintenance convenience and reduces service time.

2. The bottom mold is equipped with cooling channels that can be activated or deactivated as needed, effectively reducing cooling time and improving productivity.

3. Air blowing is initiated after injection to further shorten cooling cycles and increase output.

4. Independent oil-water core shafts and a separate rotary manifold design offer spacious access and ease of maintenance.

5. The rotary platform utilizes a compact hydraulic control loop for smooth and fast rotation. The centralized lubrication system ensures precise oil distribution with low consumption, enhancing overall efficiency.

6. A linear potentiometer monitors feeding quantity and allows direct setting by weight (grams) via internal computation, making the operation quick and user-friendly.
